We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our Credit & Debit Card Outbound Sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide customers through product options while building rapport and trust.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit and debit card sales.

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and suitable options based on customer needs.

• Upsell banking products to maximize customer value.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate card/product.

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the system.

• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth sales experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.

• Basic computer proficiency and understanding of CRM tools (preferred).

• Prior telesales or banking sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.

Location: Work from Office

Salary: ₹25,000 CTC (₹21,000 In-hand)

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday Fixed Off)
