Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain company products and services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
Generate leads and follow up with interested candidates/clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and customer details.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales or HR team for further processing.
Provide correct information about offers, pricing, or services.
Handle objections and resolve basic customer issues politely.
Ensure compliance with company communication standards.
