Job Title: Telesales Agent – Two-Wheeler Loan

Location: Hoodi, Bangalore

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Age below 30 years

• Experience: 2–5 years in telesales, two-wheeler loans, or personal loans

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote two-wheeler loan products

• Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and repayment details

• Follow up with leads for loan conversion and disbursement

• Coordinate with sales teams, dealer partners, and backend operations

• Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records

• Handle customer queries and escalations professionally

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Proficiency in any two: English, Kannada, Telugu

• Hindi communication is an added advantage

• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

• Customer handling and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services or NBFC sector

• Loan sales or telesales background

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to ₹5 LPA + Incentives
