Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products or services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a good customer experience.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Tamil and English communication skills preferred.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Diploma holder.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with up to 1 year of telesales, telecalling, or customer service experience will be preferred.
