KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on generated leads
Engage leads to understand investment goals and financial requirements
Explain mutual fund products and investment options in a simple and clear manner
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales/advisory team
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status
Meet daily and weekly calling targets
Handle basic objections professionally
Follow up with warm leads and maintain engagement
