Job Title: Telesales Executive – TATA AIA Process

Location: Kadubisanahalli, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Salary:

• Fresher: ₹22,000 CTC + Incentives up to ₹1 Lakh

• Experienced: ₹24,000 CTC + Incentives up to ₹1 Lakh

Languages Required:

• English with Hindi

• OR English with Kannada / Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam

Education Qualification: 12th Pass and above

Job Summary:

We are hiring Telesales Executives for the TATA AIA Life Insurance Process. This is a target-driven role where you will interact with potential customers over the phone, explain product details, and close sales. The role offers excellent growth opportunities, a fixed salary, and high-performance incentives up to ₹1 Lakh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound telesales calls to potential customers.

• Explain TATA AIA insurance products clearly and persuasively.

• Build trust and rapport with customers to drive sales conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.

• Handle customer queries effectively and maintain records in the CRM.

• Work closely with the telesales team to meet collective goals.

• Ensure compliance with company and insurance process standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Immediate joiners only.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduates preferred).

• Good command of English and at least one regional language.

• Strong communication & persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.

• Prior telesales/insurance/BPO voice process experience is a plus.
