Tele Sales Executive – Job Description
A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain products and services clearly.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Requirements:
High school or bachelor's degree (preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Experience in tele sales or customer service is an advantage but not always required.
