*What you’ll do:*

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails & chats for high-volume projects

- Resolve candidate queries & deliver a great client experience

- Maintain CRM records, follow SOPs, and meet daily/quality targets

- Coordinate with team leads for smooth service delivery

*What we’re looking for:*

- *Education:* 12th Pass / Graduate. Freshers welcome

- *Communication:* Fluent in English + Hindi. Regional language

- *Skills:* Basic computer, 25+ WPM typing, MS Office, problem-solving
