Telephone Operator cum Receptionist (male /female)

Following is the brief JD:

1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Handle the EPABX system - Answer and direct phone calls to the

appropriate person or department.

3. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

5. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing conference room

bookings.

6. Provide general administrative support as needed.

7. Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

8. Handle basic sales /service inquiries and redirect them

appropriately.

Requirements:

1. Graduate with proven experience of 1-3 years as a receptionist or in a

similar role.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Friendly and professional demeanor.

6. Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy.

7. Attention to detail, alertness at the reception
