Position Details

Role: Telemarketing Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Conduct outbound calls to identify and connect with potential customers.

Introduce the company's products and services and generate customer interest.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling and prospecting activities.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Data Calling & Management

Work on assigned customer databases and call lists efficiently.

Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

Verify customer details, including contact information, requirements, and preferences.

Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.

Pre-Sales Support

Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) criteria.

Handle initial customer queries and overcome objections professionally.

Coordinate with the sales team by sharing qualified leads for further follow-up and closure.

Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the sales team.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and computer applications.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

12th Pass with a minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or telemarketing.

Graduates (Any Stream): Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with prior experience in lead generation or pre-sales will have an added advantage.
