Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, Performance-Focused Telesales Team Leader to drive our inside sales team to success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, optimizing CRM data, and executing targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly target-oriented, possesses exceptional leads management skills, and knows how to motivate a team to smash their sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of telesales agents to ensure they hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Leads & CRM Management: Oversee end-to-end lead distribution, tracking, and pipeline management. Maintain strict CRM data hygiene to maximize conversion rates.
Campaign Creation: Strategy and execute outbound/inbound calling campaigns tailored to different audience segments.
Performance Tracking: Analyze sales metrics, generate performance reports, and conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions.
Sales Execution: Step in to handle high-value escalations or close complex deals alongside the team when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Telesales Team Lead or Senior Supervisor in a high-volume sales environment.
Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead management tools.
Mindset: Heavily sales-driven, target-oriented, and data-focused.
Leadership: Proven ability to motivate a team, manage performance turnarounds, and maintain high morale under pressure.
