We are hiring an experienced Telecalling Team Leader to manage, train, and drive performance of the telecalling team while ensuring sales targets and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

📝 Responsibilities

📊 Team Management

• Lead and supervise telecalling executives

• Monitor daily calls, conversions, and follow-ups

• Set targets and track team performance

• Provide training and motivation to team members

📞 Sales & Customer Care

• Handle escalated customer queries

• Support team in lead conversion

• Ensure proper explanation of platform benefits

• Maintain quality standards in customer communication

📈 Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain performance reports

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams

• Improve calling scripts and strategies

✅ Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in telecalling / inside sales

• Ability to manage targets and team performance

• Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel

• Result-oriented and proactive attitude
