Job Role: Telecalling Executive

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / Experienced (0–6 months)
Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Any Degree
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Languages Required: Tamil + Any One South Indian Language

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively.

• Provide accurate information and timely solutions.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

• Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve performance metrics such as call handling time and resolution rates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / HSC or Any Degree.

·       Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

·       Good communication skills in Tamil and any additional South Indian language.

·       Basic customer handling and problem-solving skills preferred.
