Vedora Wellness is a leading Skin, Hair & Ayurveda Clinic offering advanced treatments and natural healing solutions. We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Telecalling Executive / Patient Counsellor to join our growing team.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls (lead follow-ups)

• Guide patients about our Skin, Hair & Ayurveda treatments

• Convert leads into confirmed appointments

• Maintain regular follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp

• Manage appointment booking and scheduling

• Resolve patient queries in a polite and professional manner

• Maintain records in CRM or Excel

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)

• Experience in telecalling or telesales preferred

• Strong convincing and counselling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM)

• Experience in Skin, Hair, or Ayurveda clinic is a plus

💼 Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives

• Shift: Day Shift (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM)

• Gender Preference: Female
