We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them with their queries. The role involves maintaining customer records and ensuring good customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan products

Explain personal loan, business loan, or credit card offers

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain customer details in CRM software

Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Provide accurate information and good customer support

Required Skills

Basic English & Hindi communication

Good convincing and communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work with targets

Experience in telecalling or finance will be a plus (optional)
