Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Calling Executive to support our Claim Salaahkaar vertical by connecting with customers and assisting them with insurance claim-related guidance. The role involves making outbound calls, coordinating for claim documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the claims support team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers to provide guidance on insurance claim procedures.
Follow up with clients for required claim documents and information.
Inform customers about claim status updates and next steps in the process.
Coordinate with internal claims and operations teams to ensure timely support.
Maintain daily MIS and call records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Address basic claim-related queries and escalate complex cases to the concerned team.
Ensure proper communication with clients to improve claim service experience.
Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Key Skills Required
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and Gujarati preferred)
Customer service and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of insurance claims (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to maintain call records and work with basic MIS/data sheets
Problem-solving mindset and patience while handling customers
