A Real Estate Telecaller generates leads by calling potential clients, explaining property details, handling inquiries, scheduling site visits for agents, updating CRM/databases, and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into sales, focusing on strong communication to guide clients from interest to property viewing/purchase. They act as a crucial bridge, managing initial contacts and setting up successful client-agent interactions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Qualification:

  Make outbound calls to identify potential buyers/sellers, explain property features, and qualify leads. 

• Client Interaction:

  Answer inbound calls, address queries, and provide information on listings, projects, and promotions. 

• Scheduling:

  Book appointments for property viewings and meetings between clients and real estate agents. 

• Data Management:

  Accurately log call details, update client information, and maintain records in CRM systems. 

• Follow-up:

  Maintain communication with prospects to nurture interest and drive conversions. 

• Sales Support:

  Collaborate with the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads. 

Essential Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening, Persuasion and negotiation skills, Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities, Ability to handle rejection positively, and Knowledge of real estate basics is a plus. 

Goal:

• To convert initial interest into scheduled visits and eventual property sales or rentals, supporting the overall sales pipeline.
