We are looking for a Telecalling Executive - Real estate to join our team at Subudhi Technoengineers Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹20,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make high-volume daily calls to prospective clients based on provided data, marketing campaigns (Meta Ads/Portals), or database.

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify serious buyers, understand their requirements, and qualify them for the sales team.

• Project Pitching: Explain property details, including location, pricing, amenities, and ongoing offers in a clear, polite, and persuasive manner.

• Site Visit Scheduling: Convert telephone inquiries into confirmed site visits and appointments for senior sales executives.

• Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with interested leads via phone, SMS, or chat to nurture relationships and ensure conversion.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and lead status in CRM systems or Excel sheets.

• Query Handling: Address client questions regarding payment plans, documentation, and project specifications.
