We are looking for a dedicated Tele calling excutive with expertise in the Loan/ Credit Card sector to join our team at Sp Absolute Financial Services in Noida, located at Sector 16 Noida. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹12000 - ₹20000 along with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Convensing the costumer for personal loan and over draft loan
2- manage the data and MIS

3- Manage the team rules and ragulation

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in loan sales telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
