We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Shivaa Nuts Private Limited. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹15000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.
