Multiple Tele caller Positions (Debt Recovery Executive)

Location: Jogeshwari East, Mumbai

Position: Tele caller - Debt Recovery Executive

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in:

 - Tele calling

 - Debt Recovery

 - Collection Process

 - Banking/NBFC Collections

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls for overdue payment recovery

• Explain pending dues and assist customers with repayment options

• Follow up on committed payments and ensure timely recovery

• Negotiate repayment or settlement plans as per company policy

• Maintain proper call records and customer updates

• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required

• Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets

Skills Required:

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally

• Basic computer knowledge

• Target-oriented mindset

• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi preferred (basic English knowledge is an advantage)

Qualifications:

• HSC / Graduate preferred

• Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, Recovery, or Collection processes will be an added advantage
