Job Summary:

We are hiring a Pharma Telecaller for handling both inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining pharma products, handling customer queries, and supporting sales activities through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and customers

Explain pharmaceutical products and provide basic product information

Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Generate leads and support the sales team

Respond to customer queries in a professional manner

Requirements:

Average communication skills in Hindi and English

Basic understanding of pharma products (preferred but not mandatory)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calling
