Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of LIC Sales / Insurance / Financial Services / Investment Consultant. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, interest in sales/finance, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.

Promote and sell LIC insurance plans, financial products, and investment solutions.

Understand client needs and provide appropriate policy recommendations.

Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Attend training sessions, meetings, and performance evaluations as required.

Maintain complete documentation and compliance with LIC standards.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of insurance/finance (training will be provided).

Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Good presentation & customer relationship skills.

Willingness to learn new financial products and market trends.
