Job Description:

Legal Capital is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive with 2–6+ years of experience in telesales/customer interaction. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients, explaining financial/legal services, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Legal Capital services

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain relationships

• Maintain call records and update CRM systems regularly

• Achieve sales targets and performance goals

• Address customer concerns professionally

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Minimum 2–6+ years of telecalling/telesales experience

• Basic knowledge of financial/legal services (preferred)

• Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Experience in BFSI / Legal / Sales domain is an added advantage
