🧾 Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients, explain legal services, and convert inquiries into consultations or sales.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads

• Handle inbound calls and explain legal services clearly

• Follow up on client inquiries and convert them into appointments

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with legal teams for client onboarding and case handling

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain professional communication and client relationships

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)

• 0–3 years experience in telesales/telecalling preferred

• Good communication skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

💰 Salary & Benefits

• ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (approx.)
