Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, providing necessary information, following up on pending payments, and maintaining proper records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers as per the assigned data.

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding pending payments and account-related matters.

• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

• Explain payment options and assist customers with the payment process.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses in the CRM.

• Achieve assigned daily/monthly performance targets.

• Escalate difficult cases or customer complaints to the concerned senior.

• Follow company policies, customer-handling guidelines, and compliance requirements.

• Submit daily work and calling reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.

• Comfortable making outbound calls.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle customers professionally.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be confident, disciplined, punctual, and willing to learn. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or collection will be an advantage.
