Job Title: Tele-Caller & Admin Executive

LOCATION: 5TH FLOOR, U-FAIRIA MALL NEAR EK MURTI CHOWK

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.

• Explain company products/services and schedule appointments when required.

• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.

• Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic administrative documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and follow-ups.

• Handle routine office administration tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

• Ability to handle calls and administrative work efficiently.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
