Role: Sales Lead Generation & Customer Care
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
🕒 Full Time
What You'll Do
• Generate sales leads through tele-calling and follow-ups
• Connect with eCommerce brands, sellers, and businesses interested in fulfilment services
• Handle initial customer queries and explain our services
• Maintain lead data and follow-up pipeline
• Gradually grow into a Customer Care / Client Relationship role
Who Should Apply
• Good communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi)
• Comfortable speaking with new people over phone
• Basic computer skills
• Interest in sales, customer relations, or eCommerce industry
• Freshers with confidence to speak are welcome
