Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Follow up with customers and maintain records.
Manage data entry and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Prepare reports and maintain office records.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Back Office/Telecalling.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Immediate joiners preferred
