Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate Outreach: Call potential candidates from the database for blue-collar roles

such as Drivers, Delivery Partners, and Factory Staff.

Job Counseling: Explain job roles, salary structures, and company benefits clearly to

candidates.

Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring

managers.

Reporting: Maintain an accurate daily log of calls made and the status of candidate

lineups.

Targets: Achieve daily and weekly calling targets to ensure a steady flow of manpower.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 10th Pass or 12th Pass.

Communication: Must be fluent in Hindi with a basic understanding of English.

Soft Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, politeness, and the ability to convince candidates.

Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mira Road, Bhayandar, or

Vasai .

Experience: Freshers are welcome; previous experience in telecalling is an advantage.
