This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. The role offers ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 40,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
*Key Responsibilities For Tele Marketing Executive:*
1) Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
2) Explain the benefits of the free vouchers and invite them to the hotel for collection.
3)Convince customers politely and professionally to visit the hotel.
4)Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer visits.
5)Provide regular updates and reports to your Team Leader.
