Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Female)

Salary:

• Fresher – 15,000 per month

• Experienced – Up to 25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are a leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of construction & highway engineering machinery. We are looking for a smart and proactive Customer Support Executive who can efficiently manage client communication and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer & client inquiries (calls, emails, WhatsApp, website inquiries)

• Coordinate with sales & production team regarding client requirements

• Daily follow-up with clients for quotations, orders, and updates

• Maintain inquiry & follow-up records in Excel/CRM

• Support marketing activities & lead generation follow-ups

• Provide product information and resolve client queries

• Coordinate dispatch & order status updates

• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare basic reports related to inquiries and sales support

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Strong follow-up & coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)

• Professional behavior & positive attitude

• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
