Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with prospective customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and maintain excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and services clearly to customers.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic issues.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
2–6 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
