Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecalling Executive with 2 to 6 years of experience in telecalling, customer handling, and sales. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, convincing abilities, and experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Contact potential clients and explain the company's legal services.

• Generate leads and convert enquiries into potential clients.

• Follow up with interested clients regularly.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the legal and sales teams regarding client requirements.

• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

• Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Update daily calling reports and follow-up status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years and maximum 6 years of relevant experience.

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer support.

• Strong sales and convincing skills are mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Strong client-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with previous sales or telesales experience.

• Experience in lead generation and client conversion.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Candidates with experience in legal services will have an added advantage.
