Job Description – Telecalling Executive (Commission-Based Role)

Position: Telecalling Executive

Employment Type: Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to handle outbound calls, explain our products/services to customers, and generate sales. This is a purely commission-based role, and earnings will depend on the total sales generated by the candidate. The more you sell, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain product details clearly and professionally.

Convince customers and close sales over the call.

Maintain call logs and customer interaction details.

Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Tamil / English / Hindi (as required).

Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.

Prior Telecalling or sales experience Needed.

Earnings Structure (Commission-Based):

No fixed salary.

Commission will be provided based on the value of sales generated.

The higher the sales, the higher the monthly earnings.

Commission details will be explained during the interview.
