Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Tele Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls for our Hair Transplant Clinic. As a Tele Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from patients, answering queries and providing information about our hair transplant services.

2. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential patients, promoting our services and generating leads.

3. Patient Follow-up: Follow up with existing patients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, patient interactions, and lead generation.

Requirements

1. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is desirable.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

3. Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of hair transplant procedures and services.

4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.
