Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote jewellery collections and offers
• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, schemes, and showroom details
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into showroom visits or sales
• Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
• Follow up with customers for purchase decisions, schemes, and festive offers
• Inform customers about new arrivals, discounts, and special events
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth customer handling at showroom
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic computer knowledge
