Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Malviya Nagar

Salary: Up to ₹18,000 (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed

Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller for an Event Management Company. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with event-related queries, and coordinating basic information. No sales targets are involved.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Provide information about events and services
Assist clients with queries in a professional manner
Maintain call records and basic data
Coordinate with the team when required
