Join ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited as a Customer Relationship Manager. You will handle customer calls, resolve queries and complaints, and deliver excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound/outbound customer calls
Address queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams
Meet performance and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

Graduate (Fresher or 0.5–3 years experience)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts (5-day work week)

Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹30,000
