Job Summary
We are actively seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team for various roles in Tele-calling and Chat processes. As a Customer Support and Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with sales. We have multiple positions available across different locations in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Tele-calling and Chat Process: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and interact with customers via chat and email to provide support and information.
Customer Service: Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Process: Promote and sell products or services to potential and existing customers, effectively communicating their benefits and value.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
Meet Targets: Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including customer satisfaction and sales goals.
Candidate Requirements
Age: 18 to 37 years
Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
Computer Literacy: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with common software applications.
Willingness to Work: Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer service and sales processes.
Location: Willing to work from the office in Mumbai (Airoli, Thane, Malad).
