Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for vehicle service reminders.
Inform customers about service offers, promotions, and packages.
Book service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
Handle customer queries related to vehicle servicing.
Maintain customer records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or Service Manager.
Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication.
Achieve daily call and appointment booking targets.
