Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers for motor insurance renewals.

• Generate insurance renewal quotes from multiple insurance companies.

• Process policy renewals, rollovers, endorsements, and cancellations.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly renewal targets.

• Cross-sell add-on insurance products.

Skills Required:

• Experience in Motor/General Insurance (Automobile dealership preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Customer handling and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and insurance portals

• IRDA certification preferred (if applicable)

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Toyota, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Kia, Honda, MG, Volkswagen, Skoda, Nissan, Renault, or any automobile dealership are preferred.
