Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to job seekers and explain job opportunities
Generate quality leads and maintain candidate database
Schedule interviews and confirm candidate availability
Achieve daily calling and visit targets
Follow up with interested candidates
Share job postings on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
Maintain daily call and performance reports
Support HR team in recruitment operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Ability to work under targets and pressure
