We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Explain company services to clients clearly

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients

• Maintain call records and customer databases

• Coordinate with internal teams for client support

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in tele calling/customer support/sales

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills

• Ability to handle clients professionally

• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred
