Job Title

Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Explain products and services clearly to potential customers.

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, or sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Stay updated on company products, services, and promotional offers.

Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: High School/Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
