Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Job Summary
The Telecaller Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining company products or services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about the company’s products or services.
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.
Generate and maintain customer leads through telephonic communication.
Explain product details, pricing, and offers to customers.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team when required.
Maintain a daily call report and customer database in MS Excel or CRM system.
Follow up with existing and potential customers for sales or service support.
Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the company.
Maintain good customer relationships and satisfaction.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience
0–2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive.
