About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and well-organized Customer Service Representative to handle client communication and maintain strong relationships with our wedding and photography clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.

• Follow up with new leads and interested customers regularly.

• Understand customer requirements and explain our photography & videography packages.

• Schedule meetings, consultations and photoshoots.

• Maintain customer details, enquiry status and follow-up records.

• Coordinate with the photography, video and editing teams.

• Send package details, quotations and other required information to clients.

• Follow up with booked clients regarding event dates, requirements and payments.

• Maintain professional and friendly communication with every customer.

• Collect client feedback and help maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.

• Polite, confident and positive personality.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and computer operations.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customers and enquiries.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales or photography/wedding industry will be an advantage.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹17,000 per month + Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and performance.

Working Hours

Full-Time | 6 days a week
