We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at A S Pharma Private Limited. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and suppliers for payment follow-ups.
Track outstanding accounts and pending payments.
Follow up regularly on overdue invoices.
Inform customers about pending dues and expected payment timelines.
Update payment status and call remarks in records.
Escalate high-risk or long-pending accounts to the senior team.
Handle basic billing queries or payment-related concerns professionally.
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
