About Qube Academy

Qube Academy is an education consulting and career guidance organisation that helps students explore higher education opportunities and make informed career decisions.

We are expanding our admissions team and looking for confident, enthusiastic Telecallers who enjoy speaking with students and helping them understand their educational opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Call prospective students and parents regarding educational programmes and admission enquiries.
• Explain course details and basic admission procedures clearly.
• Follow up with interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule counselling appointments with the admissions team.
• Maintain enquiry records and follow-up updates.
• Communicate professionally and help students move forward in the admissions process.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Telugu are mandatory.
• Hindi is an added advantage, but not compulsory.
• Basic computer knowledge and professional telephone etiquette.
• A positive attitude, patience and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle calls and follow up with student enquiries consistently.

Work Details

• Full-time, on-site position.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Six working days per week.
