Job Title: Tele caller – Lead Generation/ Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, introducing the company's services/products, and qualifying prospects for further engagement by the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to manage and maintain leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing the company’s services or products and identifying their interest.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with leads, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information to qualify them for further sales discussions.
Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., budget, need, decision-making authority).
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospects to nurture leads, answer queries, and schedule calls or meetings for the sales team.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, update CRM systems, and track call outcomes.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets to drive sales opportunities.
Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports on lead generation activity, call volumes, and conversion progress.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and drive the sales pipeline.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Intermediate or equivalent.
Experience: Freshers are welcomed
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
